How to do it
. Gather your ingredients and get a small bowl.
. Mix the rubbing alcohol and aloe vera gel together until they're well blended
. Add in just a few drops of essential oil of your choice.
Important to know
It is very important to use a rubbing alcohol which is 99% alcohol. For it to be effective, hand sanitizer must be at least 60% alcohol. Remember that when you add aloe vera, you reduce the alcohol content by 33%. This recipe creates a hand sanitizer that is about 65% alcohol.
