COVID-19:How efficient is Madagascar remedy in view of the country's pandemic update?

            

Corona virus  has been ravaging the world bitterly since the beginning of this year but for China since last year. It has destabilized economic, social and educational activities worldwide and people are, on daily basis, expecting  to see the end of the pandemic.

There is currently a conspiracy among all the continents and countries to search for a cure of the dreaded plague and an effective vaccine to take care of the whole world.

In the issue of vaccine there are some remarkable breakthroughs because several candidate vaccines are at various clinical stages of trial across the globe, from China to England and they show promise of hope and success.

For total cure and eradication of the viral strains in the human body, scientists are  working tirelessly on it, though there are existing treatments that help in recovery from the viral infection.

Two months back there was global turmoil around the purported cure  and vaccine found by Madagascar for the disease that work. The president came out himself to promote the herbal concoction declaring that it worked. School children and citizens of Madagascar were seen lined up to receive that treatment.

The president later engaged in campaign to defend their precious breakthrough,in front of a world bias and skeptical. The World Health Organization did not hide their lack of cooperation with Madagascar, for reasons known to them,refusant to accept the innovated concoction as part of the covid-19 regimens.For Madagascar's President it's because it comes from Africa.       

       

Currently,according to the confirmed figures released by the World Health Organization, Madagascar has 1,378 total infected people among which 12 died. What can we conclure  then on efficacy of that  concoction ?Mixed feelings, if you ask me.The world might enjoy better results should they give the needed support.But it seems now that treatment may be working only for some crop of people. 

The fact that some African countries like Uganda, Namibia e.t.c did not record any death and people died from the disease in Madagascar may be an indication that the concoction is not as effective. 

Also several African countries have collected the remedy and are yet  to come out to testify of its efficacy.
