     Lagos State primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions will be using staggered timetables and different teaching practices to meet the COVID-19 protocols as directed by the state government. The state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, had announced that tertiary institutions would resume September 14, with primary and secondary schools tentatively reopening September 21. Commenting on the development, the vice-chancellor, Lagos State University (LASU), Professor Olanrewaju Fagbohun on Monday, indicated that students of the university would resume in batches from September. Fagbohun, in a radio interview monitored in Lagos, explained that 400, 500 and 600 level students would resume first when other levels of students would come on board later. COVID-19:FGN Announces Resumption Of Int'l Flights From August,29

        The Nigeria minister of aviation on Monday said that int'l flights will resume August, 29. He announced this at the media briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19. The country’s airspace was shut to non-essential flights in March in a move to control the spread of the coronavirus disease.  Domestic flights resumed in July with many people also clamouring for the resumption of international flights.           The Ogun State Government has announced Monday, September 21, 2020, the date for reopening of schools in the state for the first term of 2020/2021 session. The government, however, staggered the resumption and closing times for primary and secondary schools, while colleges and tertiary institutions keep full normal hours.
