COVID-19:FGN Announces Resumption Of Int'l Flights From August,29

        The Nigeria minister of aviation on Monday said that int'l flights will resume August, 29. He announced this at the media briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19. The country’s airspace was shut to non-essential flights in March in a move to control the spread of the coronavirus disease.  Domestic flights resumed in July with many people also clamouring for the resumption of international flights. Sirika indicated that international flights will first resume at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, and they Will commence in  other airports across the country later. “In the beginning, there will be four flights into Lagos and four flights into Abuja daily,”  he stated.
